Here’s what happens when you order a Redbox Easyweb plan from us.

1. We will send you a simple contract to sign as well as the invoice for the 50% deposit before we begin work on your website.

2. We will set up a time to obtain information needed for our writer to start producing your website content. Prior to this, you will be asked to fill up a form so that we can get information about your business.

3. During the 4 weeks of developing your website, we will be using a project management system to keep you updated on the progress of your website. We will have check-in calls with you at every stage to ensure you know what’s happening with your website development especially if you are intending to sell online (we will be advising you on what you need to prepare for the online shop section of your website).

4. The remaining payment will be billed on the 4th week of the project. The invoice should be paid in full before your website is launched.

5. Once your website is launched, your monthly billing starts in the 2nd month after the launch. All you need to do is pay your monthly fee (there are no other fees) once your website is completed and launched. Send in your website updates any time you wish to update your website. If you have an online shop, you will be given access to your online shop so that you can quickly add or remove products as you wish. Video tutorials will be available to you to help you manage your online shop.
